What Will Take Super Glue Off Of
There are certain skills that all personnel of a learning organization must be developed to have good skills communication. Carlos Lopez (2006) provides the following diagnosis, listen, ask questions and feel.
Skill 1: Diagnose
refers to the ability to determine certain levels of "quality" or "need" related to the nonverbal behavior, the environment and people paralanguage.
Skill 2: Play
Within the ability to hear certain elements that we must improve in order to improve our level of listening. The first is the perception (must pay full attention to what the other person expresses), then the distractions (must be focused on speaker) and finally the evaluation (it should be analyzed to extract what we hear most important).
Skill 3: Ask
We know how to ask, you should use vocabulary, ask questions or offer alternatives open to answer. This is the most important and most direct and simple way to collect information.
Skill 4: Feeling
is showing empathy and put ourselves in the place of others to better understand the situation. First of all we must know how to diagnose, listen and ask questions, besides knowing ourselves well then know and understand the situations and problems that we face and facing the other person.

Difference Between Pms & Pregnancy
In life we \u200b\u200bencounter situations where we know people who have a real art when communicating. Dramatically communicate clear, fascinating and catch the attention of the listener. But many are not born with that talent, but we can learn to communicate effectively if we seek it and we implement some key points.
According to Martinez (2006) the art of communication is learned if we want to learn and if we learn to learn. He recommends the following:
- It all starts with the respect due to their listener, either an individual or an audience, he is a great person and expected to respect their point of view.
- Following is the impact you get to give your information, you should always start with something unexpected, unusual.
- After getting the attention of your listener tries to convey your idea clearly so others will understand.
- By exposing your ideas do it safely and calmly do not use words that indicate uncertainty.
- After presenting your idea, your listener will want details, you must listen carefully to identify needs and meet them.
- Cultivate relationships, assertiveness and empathy used.
Next find a series of recommendations to be a good communicator
• Look at the person speaking
• Ask questions
• Do not interrupt • Do not change the subject
• Show empathy for the speaker
• Do not check the
conversation • Respond verbally and nonverbally
• Judging the content and not the people involved
• Communicating emotion and opinion

After consulting various sources could come to define effective communication as communication that through good communication skills and ways, achieves the purpose of what you want transmit or receive. Effective communication within the transmitter and receiver code so there is a message that is exchanged. In other words you both understand the message conveyed. Within
effective communication processes different elements of communication should take into account certain characteristics.
1. The transmitter must establish credibility, you must know the subject, know who and how to deliver the message to avoid misunderstandings.
2. The message must display intellectual components (language that helps us understand and reason), and emotional components (emotions and feelings explain our feelings about the message.)
3. The receiver must listen and understand the message to respond effectively to the situation.
Not all are excellent communicators and not follow the processes set forth herein. But with some key points and the interest you get down to communication situations can perform these processes effectively. References

First of all we must be clear what the meaning of communication and what are the different components. Cardona (1990) defines communication as the process that occurs between one or more people to send or receive information of any consequence. In this process information is exchanged, ideas and thoughts. Within communication requires a transmitter (speaker or writer of the message), a receiver (listener or receives the message), message (can be perceived through hearing, touch or sight) and the transmission medium (speech, telephone, computer paper.)
There are various processes of communication: intrapersonal communication
- occurs between a person and herself.
interpersonal communication - occurs between a person and the other (s).
collective communication - occurs among several people or groups.
As media types are: verbal
- through speech.
nonverbal - through body language. Written
- email, paper, etc.. References

"Most of the problems of effectiveness and suffering we face in today's world (of organizations and in personal life) is related to inadequacies presented in the form of conversation and relate to others ... Many people suffer from their inability to be heard, because of its difficulty to claim or difficulty in recognizing the work of others. "
