In life we \u200b\u200bencounter situations where we know people who have a real art when communicating. Dramatically communicate clear, fascinating and catch the attention of the listener. But many are not born with that talent, but we can learn to communicate effectively if we seek it and we implement some key points.

According to Martinez (2006) the art of communication is learned if we want to learn and if we learn to learn. He recommends the following:
- It all starts with the respect due to their listener, either an individual or an audience, he is a great person and expected to respect their point of view.
- Following is the impact you get to give your information, you should always start with something unexpected, unusual.
- After getting the attention of your listener tries to convey your idea clearly so others will understand.
- By exposing your ideas do it safely and calmly do not use words that indicate uncertainty.
- After presenting your idea, your listener will want details, you must listen carefully to identify needs and meet them.
- Cultivate relationships, assertiveness and empathy used.
